Q.When will you take my payment?
A. The payment process takes 1-3 business days.
Q.Will there be Customs and Duties charges?
A. Your local government may require import duties and VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. Please note you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and customs fees that may be charged. We are unable to honour any requests to adjust the value of an order on the customs documentation.
Q.When can I expect to receive my order?
A. Please allow 1-15 business days for you to receive your order. The timeframe is depending on your country location.
Q.How can I track my order?
A. Once the package has been shipped, our customer care team will follow up with an email with your tracking number.
Q.What is your method of delivery and will my order need to be signed for?
A. Here at Goals A.F, we use Canada Post as our courier service. A signature may be required.
Q.How much does delivery cost?
A. Delivery cost is a flat rate of $10 to Canada and the US. International shipping is a flat rate of $45
Q.How can I reschedule the courier for my delivery?
A. You will need to speak with your courier service and request to reschedule.
Q.Will my order be gift wrapped and can I add a gift message?
A. All of the packages here at Goals A.F is gift wrapped. If you like to add a message, please leave a note upon checkout.
Q.What is your Returns/ Exchange policy?
A. Currently, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. In a rare event, your item is damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Exchanges take 1-3 business days once we have received it in our office we will then follow up with an email and new tracking number for the new item.

A. Our " Make It Personal" service at Goals A.F we offer gold, silver and blind stampings to your leather goods to make it personal!
Q.What can I have personalized?
A. All of our Leather goods can be personalized.
Q. How long does it take and how much does it cost?
A. Please add two business days for personalized service.
Q. Can I return a personalized item?
A. Once an item has been personalized, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
